Back in 1991, Mariah Carey released her sophomore album Emotions and one of the standout joints from the LP was her powerful ballad "If It's Over," which she cowrote with Carole King.
Featured on her 1992 MTV Unplugged album, Mariah Carey would make an appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show to promote both Emotions and her MTV Unplugged project and she performed a sublime rendition of "If It's Over."
