While Cee-Lo's forthcoming Everybody's Brother album is a ways off, he's just given the set's lead single "Only You" the official video treatment. Directed by Ethan Lader, the official visual for "Only You" features Lauriana Mae and was recently shot using downtown Los Angeles as a backdrop.
