This past weekend Esperanza Spalding stopped by "Later… with Jools Holland" to perform the lead single from her new post-Grammy 'Best New Artist' fourth studio album "Radio Music Society." Though Algebra accompanies Esperanza on the studio track, a background vocalist for Spalding performed the empowering track with her. Peep the performance below and Enjoy!
